Welcome to our Marijuana Grow Operation, Environmental Assessment and mould information
web site. Here you'll find information on mould, indoor mould
testing and Marijuana Grow Op inspections for the Toronto and southern
Ontario area.
Marijuana Grow Ops can exist in small bungalows, large two story homes,
apartments and industrial units. Police forces across Canada estimate that
if you take a 30 minute walk through any neighbourhood in Ontario, you will pass
at least 2 Grow Ops. The environmental damage caused by growing Marijuana
is not the plants themselves, rather the indoor environmental conditions
required to grow Marijuana successfully. The results can be either no
damage to the building at all, or extensive environmental and mould damage
throughout the structure. Unfortunately, the majority of the mould growth
is behind walls and inside insulation which is hidden from view.
We specialize in Mandatory Environmental Assessment Orders issued by either a
city, municipality, insurance company, bank, lending institution or Children's
Aid (CAS). These Environmental Assessment orders usually provide 30 days
to comply or occupancy for the building will be revoked. Environmental
Assessments for Grow Ops should be performed by an Environmental Engineer or
Certified Microbial Inspector not a regular home inspector. We also
specialize in testing homes for purchasers that have bought a home unknowing
that it was a former Grow Op or Landlords that unknowingly rented a building to
tenants that used the building to grow Marijuana.
We can also assist you should you have a Mandatory Structural Assessment
Order requiring a Structural Engineer to perform a structural assessment of the Grow Op.

TV News video below on our mould
inspection approach.
A proper Environmental Assessment will involve an air quality assessment together with a mould inspection. A proper
mould inspection should never be just a quick visual inspection and a few air
samples. Proper mould assessments should begin with a comprehensive
instrument survey for air quality to identify and locate hidden pollution levels
indoors. This will assist in determining where and what type of laboratory
analysis is appropriate and will assist in identifying the location of an indoor
mould and indoor environmental problem.
